Safe
Safe – this means we looked for evidence that people were protected from abuse and avoidable harm. At this inspection, we focused solely on the safe staffing quality statement to assess whether the provider had addressed the previous breach of Regulation 17 and made the necessary improvements to its quality assurance systems in this area.
At our last assessment we rated this key question good. At this assessment the rating has remained good. This meant people were safe and protected from avoidable harm. The provider was previously in breach of the legal regulation in relation to good governance. Improvements were found at this assessment, and the provider was no longer in breach of this regulation.
