During a routine inspection

On the day of our inspection the practice was open only to respond to requests for emergency treatment. However, we were able to speak with two people who visited the practice, both of whom were very satisfied with the treatment they received. They told us, 'Staff are brilliant. They will always try to help you if you have a problem' and 'The dentist is very good. He looks after me really well'.

People told us they were treated with respect when they visited the practice. They said the dentists, nurses and receptionists were friendly and polite.

People told us they were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. They considered the treatment they received was good.

On the day of the visit we found the practice to be safe, clean and well maintained. People told us the surgeries were always kept clean.

Staff told us they felt well supported and we found they had the necessary skills and training to undertake their role in a safe and appropriate manner.

People spoken with told us they knew how to make a complaint. They had no concerns about their safety or wellbeing when attending for appointments.
