People who used the service told us they gave their consent to care and treatment and their choices were taken into account.

People who used the service told us they were aware of their care plans, had read them and agreed they were accurate and the care was what they needed. This meant people were satisfied with the care they received.

People who used the service said, "Staff are reliable and trustworthy. They have never let me down. They know what care I need" and "I get the same staff to help me most of the time and they are very good. The staff are nice and know what they are doing. They come on time and are reliable". People thought staff were reliable and sufficiently well trained to meet their needs.

Plans of care were up to date and reflected the wishes of people who used the service. They had read their plans and thought what staff had written reflected the care they gave.

The office was modern and contained all the equipment necessary to provide a good service.

Each person was given information on how to make a complaint if they wished. This meant people were able to raise any concerns they had. On the day of the inspection people were happy with the service and did not have any complaints.
