Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

1. The registered provider must within one week of this condition coming into effect put in place an effective system of leadership with clear roles and responsibilities.

2. The registered provider must within one week of this condition coming into effect put in place an effective system to carry out a review of all required risk assessments relating to COVID-19 for both staff and service users.

3. The registered provider must within one week of this condition coming into effect review their systems to consistently ensure all safeguarding concerns are being recorded, investigated and appropriately actioned in a timely way.

4. The registered provider must within one week of this condition coming into effect put in place an effective auditing system to identify and review staff performance with sufficient action taken to identify and improve performance concerns.

5. The registered provider must within one week of this condition coming into effect put in place an effective auditing system of service users' daily records including people's food and fluid records.

6. On at least a monthly basis after this condition comes into effect the registered provider must carry out an audit of:

- Leadership within the service

- Risk assessments in relation to COVID-19

- Safeguarding concerns

- Staff performance

- Service users' care plans and daily records

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 169 service users at Ghyll Grove Care Home.
