Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must undertake a review of the storage of PPE at Sowerby House having due regard to Public Health England’s guidance ‘COVID-19: Guidance for maintaining services within health and care settings - Infection prevention and control recommendations’. By 26 February 2021 the registered provider must submit a report to CQC detailing what action has been taken/is to be taken as a result of this review to ensure PPE is stored appropriately to prevent contamination.

The registered provider must ensure that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is being used correctly to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19. By 26 February 2021 you must send a report to the CQC detailing what actions you have taken to ensure PPE is being used correctly.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require personal or nursing care at Sowerby House.

The Registered Provider must only Accommodate a maximum of 51 service users at Sowerby House.
