During a routine inspection
Members of staff told us people's medical and dental histories were checked every time the patient visited the practice. People we spoke with confirmed that they were asked about their medical history at each visit.
All the people we spoke with spoke very highly about the staff who cared for them. Comments people made included; "The dentist is lovely" and "I would recommend it here, all the staff are really friendly."
People we spoke with told us that the practice was always clean, tidy and they had no concerns with the standards of hygiene. People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.
People told us they were involved in all decisions relating to their treatment. They said they were asked whether there had been any medical changes the dentist would need to be aware of.
People said they could make appointments including emergency appointments easily.
