During an inspection in response to concerns
A person said "I have had the same support worker since I started to use this service and she is always reliable, friendly and supportive."
Another person commented "My support worker helps me with cleaning, she knows how I like things done, I'm very happy with her."
People we spoke to commented "The girls are competent and are always friendly and chatty."
