During a routine inspection
People were treated in an environment that was clean and hygienic and three people who use the practice told us that the cleanliness of the environment was ''excellent'' and ''very good.''
Staff received appropriate professional development. All staff carried out training relevant to their practice.
The provider carried out their own patient satisfaction surveys. This demonstrated that the quality of the provider's service was monitored and that the views of people were sought to identify areas for improvement.
