At this follow-up inspection we were reviewing whether Acculabs Diagnostic Limited had achieved compliance with the regulations in respect of quality assurance of the service. The laboratory has no direct contact with people who provide the samples they analyse and only interact with the healthcare providers who obtain the samples. Therefore we were unable to speak with anyone who had provided a sample.
