Regulations met

Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion:

“My experience has been excellent throughout. They have been kind and thoughtful with clear advice and very good surgical treatment, combined with fine post-treatment support. [The specialist] and his team have been wonderful throughout”.

“He explained the procedure in great detail and there is no doubt that standards are extremely high”.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. “The staff contact me at home following my treatments to check my dental care if I have any concerns”.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. “I had an excellent experience with this dentist. From the very first visit, he understood exactly what I needed without any confusion or back‑and‑forth. No time wasted, no unnecessary appointments — just clear communication and fast, effective treatment”.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Work delivered sensitively and with care.
