During a routine inspection

We spoke with one person whose relative had used the service. They told us they were very impressed with the quality of service. They told us it was �so outstanding. They [the staff] really were absolutely fantastic.�

There was evidence that the provider was gathering the opinions of people using the service. None of the feedback forms we saw contained any concerns about the service.

The provider had policies and procedures in place to maintain cleanliness on the ambulance. When we visited we did not have any concerns about the cleanliness of the vehicle.

There was appropriate support in place for staff. Staff told us they felt supported in their roles.

The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of the service. We saw examples of regular checks taking place, such as the daily vehicle check.
