During a routine inspection
We found that people's care and welfare needs were met and that any referrals both into and out of the service were handled professionally and securely. We saw that people were safe when using the service and that staff knew how to report any concerns about their safety. Staff were recruited properly and the appropriate checks were carried out before they commenced employment. Patients were encouraged to give feedback and any complaints received were handled in a suitable manner.
