During a routine inspection

During the visit, we spoke with one person who had received treatment at the service. They told us the dentist clearly explained the treatments offered and they were asked for consent verbally prior to receiving any treatment.

The person we spoke with told us they were very happy with the service they had received and didn't have any problems getting an appointment. They told us it was an emergency appointment and they had called to book it from France.

The person had no concerns about the cleanliness of the premises or the dental equipment and instruments. They told us the dental staff were very professional and knowledgeable. They also told us that they had no concerns about the service they received and would speak to the staff if they had any concerns or complaints.
