During an inspection in response to concerns

We visited and spoke with seven people and their carers. Feedback received was very positive. One person said, 'I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency to others.' Another person said, 'They enable me to get a break and carry on with my life.' People told us that the service was run efficiently. They had never had a missed call and care staff were usually on time and they were kept informed if they were running late. People told us that they had regular carers on some days, but on other days had a frequent change of care staff which they did not like because they were not familiar with their routines and some care staff were better than others.

People told us their needs were met and said staff always referred to their care plans which were easily accessible. We saw evidence that these had been reviewed during our visit.
