During a routine inspection
People told us that the support workers undertook all the tasks in their care plan. Comments included: ' "They do what is expected, all I can ask for." "Everybody does everything they said they would do." "They do what is expected and more ' really nice to see them." And "Excellent, you don't expect such empathy."
Everybody who we spoke to told us they felt safe with the support workers. They also told us that they knew how to complain and had been given contact telephone numbers for the office. Comments included: ' "I can trust them" "Can't fault them, cheerful friendly and helpful." "Very nice to have a chat to them, [they are] bright and breezy."
One person who we spoke to said that they "Can't speak highly enough of them [the support workers] and added "I was dreading them coming but I didn't need to." Another person, when asked what the best thing about the service was, replied "Peace of mind".
