Siam Surgery is a GP practice delivering Primary Medical Services to 13016 people. The National General Practice Profile show 96.7% of people registered are White, 1% Asian, 1.4% Mixed, 0.4% Black and 0.5% Other. The practice has a higher than England average of older people and is in line with the England average for young people and working age adults registered at the practice. The Office for Health Improvement and Disparities data shows deprivation within the practice population is in the 6 decile (10 of 10). The lower the decile, the more deprived the population is relative to others. This assessment considered the demographics of people who used the service, the context the service was working within and how this impacted service delivery.
