Our view of the service
This assessment looked at two rehabilitation wards, Byron ward and Bronte ward, at Spring Wood Lodge from 19 to 20 August 2025.
Following this assessment, we rated the service as good. The service had made improvements and was no longer in breach of regulations. There was a range of psychological provisions were available to all patients, medical charts matched the appropriate mental health act documentation, patient and clinical areas were clean and well maintained, and appropriate checks and audits took place.
