During a routine inspection
People told us they and their relatives were happy with the care provided. Comments included 'I'm 100% satisfied they have the right skills to carry out the care required'.
The provider had taken steps to prevent abuse to clients and responded to comments and complaints. Comments from people included 'If I raise issues the manager does deal with them'. Another person told us 'if I've needed to raise something they've always got back to me quickly, within a week at the most. They were understanding and it seems to have rectified the problem'.
We found that improvements to record keeping were needed.
