During a routine inspection
'I would be lost without them, they are amazing. My child's support worker is absolutely wonderful. I rely on her so much and have so much trust in her'.
People's care records contained detailed information to show how people were to be supported and cared for and how their dignity and privacy were to be respected.
Great emphasis was placed on ensuring the Jewish religious and cultural needs of the people using the service were met.
Systems were in place to protect people by ensuring that staff were safely recruited and suitably trained in the safeguarding of children and vulnerable people.
