Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
A. The registered provider must not admit any service without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission. This includes any respite admissions of service users or any readmissions if service users are admitted to hospital.
B. The registered provider must undertake a monthly audit of:
i. All incidents and the actions taken in relation to people’s health and well-being;
ii. infection prevention and control;
iii. care plans and risk assessment documentation.
iv. property maintenance with an on-going action plan with time frames
C. The registered provider must send the Care Quality Commission a report of the audit findings and actions taken, or planned to be undertaken, to address any failings identified, in respect of each of the audits referred to in Condition B above, within 7 days of the registered provider having undertaken each of its monthly audits. The report must specify timescales for actions to mitigate the failings to be completed (or specify what date the actions have been completed) and identify who is responsible for each action to ensure that all the required actions are completed.
Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
The Registered Provider must only accommodate a
maximum of 56 service users at Filsham Lodge.
