During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us that they were kept well involved in the process and treatments, they were shown dignity and respect and that the environment was suitable for that with private consultation areas. People also told us that the service was well run, they had no complaints but would feel free to raise any concerns and that they would be listened to. People told us they received a very individualised service and felt the doctor genuinely cared about them.
We found the service treated people with dignity and respect and staff were particularly polite and welcoming. We also noted that the service gave people time and valued talking and listening.
Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent.
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.
People who used the service, staff and visitors were protected against the risks of unsafe or unsuitable premises.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
