During a routine inspection

People told us that they were very satisfied with the service provided and that their dignity and privacy was respected. They were encouraged to ask questions and felt staff had the time to answer their questions. People reported that staff were good at discussing all their treatment options with them. One person told us, "My treatment has been great. They fully explained my treatment as well as the prices". Another person said, "All the staff are very helpful, I'm always treated well and feel very reassured."

People received their treatment in a clean surgery. However, the arrangements in place in the decontamination area for the management of infection control were insufficient to ensure people were not placed at risk of cross infection.

We found that services were provided by staff that were appropriately supported in relation to their responsibilities.
