During a routine inspection

People told us that they are happy with the service they receive. They said that they prefered it when the service was based at the local hospital. This location allowed them a little anonymity as they live in a small community. They said the new location which is in town left them feeling a little vulnerable as they didn't want people to know where they were going because they would be judged. However, they then went on to say that this hadn't happened and now didn't mind the new location. They also said the staff always treated them with respect and dignity and were never judgemental.
