We spoke with people who used the service and they told us the rehabilitation programme was helpful and effective. Comments included, "The programme has been great" and "I don't know what would have happened to me if I hadn't come here." They also told us they felt safe and protected.

People also told us that staff were helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Comments included; "Staff consult with us", "We have various groups such as life skills and dealing with resentment" and "We also do meditation and alternative therapies."

People who used the service told us they had their views, concerns and complaints listened to and that action was taken when necessary.

People who used the service also told us they understood there had to be some restrictions in place and this had been explained to them before they agreed to the placement.

We spoke with people who used the service and they told us the rehabilitation programme was very good and commented, "The programme has changed my life, I am more confident and feel positive about not drinking again" and "You can go and talk to staff when feeling down and the support is fantastic."

People who used the service told us staff were respectful towards them and commented, 'My privacy is respected" and "Staff are approachable and the support is brilliant."
