During a routine inspection
We found the provider had suitable processes in place to ensure staff understood safeguarding and how to report any concerns. We also found staff were suitably trained and expected to maintain appropriate levels of expertise especially in relation to basic life support and first aid.
We found there was a process for managing complaints and people could find who to contact via the provider's website. We found the policy discussing complaints lacked detail in some areas, for example, the timescales for responding to someone who made a complaint.
