At Sainthill House the registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 16 service users whose need for Accommodation for nursing or personal care is an outcome of their having dementia and/or other health-related conditions, that is not a consequence of them having a learning disability and/or autism.

At Sainthill Cottage the registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 7 service users whose need for Accommodation for nursing or personal care is a consequence of their having a learning disability and/or autism.
