During a routine inspection
We found that before care was provided the person was asked for their consent and their wishes were respected.
The person who used the service and their representatives were asked for their views about the care and service which was provided. The relative told us they regularly saw the owners of the service, as they provided care to the person who used the service. They said, "If there are any changes or if I need to speak with Anna or Edith (The owners of the service) they are always available. I see them regularly, but if I call or text them at any time they will always respond. The care is just what we need, and if I need to change anything it's done straight away."
We found that medicines were handled appropriately, and that appropriate checks were undertaken before staff began working for the service.
