At the inspection on 14 May 2026, we found the following:

The practice’s processes for identifying and managing risks had improved. In particular, the risks associated with fire safety, radiation protection and the oversight of medical emergency arrangements.

Improvements had been made to the systems and processes for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvement. In particular, the radiography audit was in line with nationally recognised guidance.
