Our view of the service (just before the patient experience section and after the ratings) in the PTS assessments service group service needs to contain the following sentence at the end: We only inspected safe and well led key questions at this assessment. Therefore the patient transport service is not rated overall.

People's experience of this service

Due to the unannounced nature of the assessment and the inability to assess during active calls, we were not able to speak with patients using the service.
