Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey. Two patients had provided feedback to the practice in January 2026. Feedback seen was positive. Patients were also able to complete the Friends and Family Test (FFT - an anonymous feedback tool allowing patients to rate their satisfaction with NHS services). The December 2025 FFT showed positive feedback with comments recorded including, “fast service and the staff are very friendly,” and “always feel welcome and the care is spot on.”

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. Staff told us, “The staff are all wonderful and help whenever they can” and “I have great support to progress, carry out training, and take on lead roles and responsibilities, the practice trust employees to step into new roles and guide us in any doubts and build confidence.”
