Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. One person told us, “(Dentist and Nurse) are amazing. (Dentist) makes you feel very calm and relaxed and is very gentle, while (Nurse) makes you feel calm and looked after. By far the best dentist and nurse around.”

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey, which indicated a very high level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at Holland House Dental Practice.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us, “its friendly here, everyone gets on and is approachable.’ A second added, ‘this is the best practice I've worked in. Everyone is friendly.”
