During a routine inspection
Care plans were clear and contained details of the support staff needed to provide. Staff we spoke with were knowledgeable about the care needs of each person.
The staff team were experienced and received training to give them the knowledge and skills they needed to do their jobs well. Families felt well supported and appreciated having a small team of support workers.
Family members were given clear information about how to raise any concerns they might have about the service.
We found that family members of children who used the service were asked for their views about the care and treatment provided. Parents told us that they were consulted about the service their child received on a regular basis and they felt their views were listened to and taken into account. Comments included, 'We couldn't ask for a better service and support worker;' and 'It is a fabulous service.'
