During a routine inspection
People said they were always consulted and they gave full consent about their treatment. One person told us; 'He always explains everything very well.'
People told us they were treated well at this practice and they were happy with the service provided. One person we spoke to said; "He has been outstanding with me.'
People told us that the practice was always clean when they attended. They told us that staff always wore gloves and other protective equipment when they were being treated.
Staff we spoke to told us that the management at the practice were very good at listening to suggestions.
We spoke to staff and it was clear they knew how to deal with complaints and that they could escalate them appropriately if they were not able to resolve the complaint themselves.
