During a routine inspection
We found the practice was visibly clean and the necessary decontamination standards were being met. In addition, we found the provider had an appropriate complaints process and staff clearly understand the processes for managing any complaints.
We spoke with two people on the day of the inspection who had seen their dentist that same day. One person described how they were happy with the service, they felt the environment was clean and the dentist was good at explaining their care and treatment. Another person commented how all staff were professional and procedures were clearly explained. They also described how they are required to sign to show consent to treatment.
