During a routine inspection
All the people we spoke with were very complimentary about the service and treatment they had received at The Art of Dentistry and would recommend the practice to family and friends.
They told us that they had always found the surgeries to be very clean each time they visited and that they were always welcomed by staff in a friendly manner. Everybody we spoke with confirmed that they were always fully informed about the treatment they required and always given clear explanations and options. We were told that the staff were very professional, understanding and caring.
One person was very happy to have received an emergency appointment the same day it was requested and also received the necessary treatment needed on the same day.
Another person told us that The Art of Dentistry had been recommended to them following dissatisfaction with a previous dentist and that they felt immediate confidence on their first visit to this service. Their long term problem was immediately identified and treated promptly and effectively.
