During a routine inspection
"They only need to catch up with me once a week now as I am ready to move on. I get just enough support to help me back on my feet. They do it in the right kind of way and they respect what I want."
"This service is what I need to keep me on the straight and narrow...they understand my bad days...know when to leave me alone and when to give me help. It has always been a positive experience...they are not too obtrusive...I am spoken to as an equal rather than someone with a problem."
"It has been really, really great. They are nice polite people who have helped me so much and I think I am going to get so much better with them behind me."
