During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak to people using the service because there was not a private area where we could talk with patients. We gathered evidence of people's experiences of the service by reviewing questionnaires the provider had asked people to complete. We looked at 41 questionnaires. We found people felt respected and that confidentiality was always preserved. We found people were satisfied with the care and treatments they received and that they felt the practice was clean and hygienic.
