During a routine inspection
We spoke with 6 people at the time of our inspection and they told us that staff helped them, to maintain their independence. They also told us that staff were kind, caring and approachable and would listen to their needs and provide the care and support they required.
They told us that they were involved in the development of their individual care packages and encouraged to give their opinions about the quality of care they received.
