During a routine inspection
Of 39 people who had completed a questionnaire, all said they would recommend the service, and felt they had been treated with dignity and respect.
One person told us that, ''They make you feel relaxed; all the staff are very helpful, they make sure that everything is safe."
Staff we spoke with told us they felt supported by the manager, and had received a comprehensive program of training. We did note that staff did not receive formal supervision, however an appraisal system is in place and currently used.
