During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak to people using the service as none were present at the time of our visit. We gathered evidence of people's experiences of the service by reviewing the outcomes of a survey conducted by the provider during the period June 2011 to January 2012.

All respondents were of the view that their privacy and dignity had been respected. All agreed that they had been provided with sufficient information to make an informed choice about their treatment.
