Our view of the service

Good rating with previous breaches now met

We rated the service as good. The service had made improvements and is no longer in breach of regulations. Staff now assessed and mitigated risks. A formal risk register was in place with mitigating actions recorded.

The service now maintained accurate, complete and contemporaneous records for each patient. The provider now held all required information relating to staff employment.

People's experience of this service

Patient feedback showed staff treated them well and with kindness. Staff were discreet and responsive when caring for patients. Staff took time to interact with patients in a respectful and considerate way.
