During a routine inspection
People told us that they were happy with the care and support they received.
They felt staff listened, genuinely cared and they had made a real difference to their lives.
People told us that staff were knowledgeable and approachable but were not always available as there were only two of them. They felt staff understood them and they had built good working relationships with them.
