During a routine inspection
We found that people had the information they needed to help them make informed choices about their treatment.
People told us that they always consented to their treatment and were asked to sign their treatment plan.
People told us they had no concerns about the care and treatment that they received from the dentists at this practice. One person told us, 'I am very happy with the service. The dentist is very friendly and always explains things to you.'
We found that people received care and treatment in a clean and hygienic environment. People we spoke with had no concerns about the cleanliness of the environment. One person told us,' The surgery is nice, clean and tidy and the dentist always wears gloves."
We found that staff were trained and supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
We found that the provider had systems in place to monitor the service to ensure that people receive a quality service. We saw that where people raised concerns or comments the provider acted on them.
