During a routine inspection

This is currently a small agency and we spoke with three people on the telephone and asked them about their experience of receiving a service from Cherry Care Services. All the people we spoke with were happy with the standard of care they received. One person commented, "I am really pleased with all that they do. They always come on time."

The people we spoke with all said that the care workers from the agency treated them with respect, knew their job, and were reliable.
