During a routine inspection

We were able to speak with three people before and after they had received treatment during our inspection visit to the practice on 20 January 2012. This was in order to hear about their experiences. One of the three had returned to receive treatment following a first appointment. The other two were both attending their first appointments, one for emergency treatment. All of them told us they were very satisfied with the treatment they received. They said that they had been involved in discussing and agreeing their treatments. They told us they had no difficulty making their appointments. They said that the staff were polite and helpful.
