During a themed inspection looking at Termination of Pregnancy Services

We did not speak to people who used this service as part of this review. We looked at a random sample of medical records. This was to check that current practice ensured that no treatment for the termination of pregnancy was commenced unless two certificated opinions from doctors had been obtained.

During a routine inspection

We spoke to people who used the service and looked at comment forms that people who use the service had completed. People were happy with the service they received. Comments included:

'Staff who treated me were very friendly, very welcoming and calming.'

'Service was brilliant.'

'Staff who treated me were lovely and put me at ease throughout the whole process'

'Staff took time to explain the process.'

'Staff explained the risks.'

'Waited a long time to be seen but excellent staff. '

'Thank you all for all your help very friendly wonderful people.'

'Thank you for your help and support.'
