At our last assessment we rated this key question good. At this assessment the rating has remained good.

People and staff were able to provide feedback through surveys, meetings and supervision. People felt they were listened to and action was taken.

Diversity of the workforce was valued. Reasonable adjustments, such as additional support with training, had been implemented.

People were supported following discharge from the service.
