Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

We were provided with recent patient feedback, collected by the practice. Of the 27 patients that responded in September and October 2025, 100% stated they were either likely or extremely likely to recommend the practice to friends and family.

Comments included “Staff are always friendly and professional”, “Friendly reception. Dentist was really good with my daughter who was getting a tooth removed. Very clear and concise when explaining what she was doing. Great service overall”, “Emergency appointment within 4 hours of calling. Informed of all alternatives. Tooth removed quickly. Information what to do post treatment”.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
