Date of Assessment: 21 August 2025. Nuffield Health Bromley Fitness and Wellbeing Centre is part of Nuffield Health, an independent healthcare provider. They provide health assessments that include a range of screening processes. Some health assessments also include a consultation with a doctor to discuss findings, lifestyle changes or treatment planning. The health assessment clinic is based within the fitness centre. People seen in the centre are either private clients (not commissioned by the NHS) or employees of organisations who are provided with health and wellbeing services as part of their employee benefit package. The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 in respect of some, but not all, of the services it provides. For example, physiotherapy, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching do not fall within the regulated activities. Nuffield Health Bromley Fitness and Wellbeing Centre is registered with CQC to provide the regulated activities of diagnostic and screening procedures, and treatment of disease, disorder or injury.
We found people were protected and kept safe. Care was based on latest evidence and good practice. People were treated with kindness and compassion and were involved in decisions about their care. Staff spoke positively about the leadership team who were visible and supportive.
