During a routine inspection
People told us they were provided with information about the treatments and costs and they had been given enough time and information to make a decision about their treatment. One person said, "Everything is fully discussed with me". People told us they were able to have appointments that were flexible enough to meet their needs and they could see the dentist of their choice. People were able to access emergency appointments if needed. One person said, "There is little or no waiting".
The people that we spoke with made positive comments about the staff team. They said, "Staff are kind and helpful" and "They are very professional". Staff told us, "I enjoy working here" and "Everyone is friendly and we work well together".
